I have ordered the kurta set on Flipkart on 31st March, 2023. It was supposed to deliver by April 5th. I haven’t received any call or notifications from courier service Ekart. Then they updated the status as delivered without delivering the product, I paid online and haven’t received the product. I raised the complaint on Flipkart website and they say we cant help in this as the product already delivered. They are not even checking with delivery guys where they delivered the product and not sharing the contact details of courier service. For last 15 days, I’m following up with Flipkart people but there is no action items taken from their side.
Please help me to get my product or refund.
