I have ordered Ifalcon tv on 14th April 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on 15th April, it is not delivered yet, when I checked with customer service every day they are saying different reasons, still the product is not shipped. I received a message that I would get resolution today by 12.20. however no information received so far.
