I had ordered from website serenethings.co on 1st February 2023 for Rs 999 but later came to know website is fake and no product is delivered to me till now. The website is closed now and mobile number switched off and email id undeliverable. I raised a complaint with payment gateway Razorpay on 8th February but they could not do anything and asked me to raise issue with my bank for chargeback.
