I have purchased 8 seater sofa set from flipkart on 27 sep 2022 and original delivery date was 10 oct 2022. Then it
* rescheduled to date 12 oct
* again reschedule to date 14 oct
* again change to 27 oct
* again change to 30 oct
* again change to 2 Nov
* again change to 4 Nov
* now change to 10 Nov
I have tried many time with customer care but they reply please wait some logistic problem and give a new date, and wait for this date.
Number of times delivery was reschedule but every time fail to deliver.
I was purchased this product on EMI and 1 EMI already paid but product not delivered till now. What should I do? If I getting so much trouble with reputed flipkart.
How flipkart register this type of seller?
I am so much disappointed and harassed by flipkart.
If flipkart not table to deliver the product, why flipkart making fool the customer.
Please take necessary actions.
If you are not able to deliver the product, please initiate the full refund with processing fee + interest + EMI paid by me.
Also give the compensation for this harassment.
