I placed the order on 25th of September. i ordered a washing machine. and it was sapose to be delivered on 3rd October. whole day it showed “arriving today “bus no update. at the ed it got delayed till 10th of October. and on the 10 also showing the status of delivery and “arriving today” but no updates. the coustomer care is not at all helpful. some agents disconnected the call after saying asking to hold to check details.and they just don’t know where the parcel is.
ordered the refrigerator of life long.showed some thing braught something. after reordering also the same product got delivered 2 nd time with same problem.
no solutions
please help me out i am so pissed this time i had the worst experience this time.
never expected this form Flipkart.
