I had ordered a shoes from gceapp.store on August 11th,2022 and had made the payment through Paytm worth Rs. 1499 (UPI ref no. 222351807948). The payment was made to M/s Craigskills technologies Pvt. Ltd with the UPI ID paytm-71012998@paytm. The product has not yet been delivered and there has been no further intimation regarding the delivery of the product. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and demand the refund from the company on my behalf or get the product delivered at the earliest.
