Text of Complaint by Tushar Garg:

My order ID is NYK-6830310-4954160. The order was prepaid and of Rs. 5080/-. I have ordered 02 belts and 01 shoes on 02.07.2022. I have received 01 belt and 01 shoes on 07.07.2022 and 01 belt was not delivered but on the Nykaa app it is showing 02 belts delivered and 01 shoes order confirmed but not delivered. It was a technical glitch in their app. I talked to their customer care executive on 26.07.2022, she told me that the complain is registered and wait for 03 days. I haven’t got any reply or mail in 3 days. On 29.07.2022, I again called their customer care, they told me to send the pictures of the delivered product and their internal team is checking the problem. On 01.08.2022 I send the pictures of delivered items and again requested them to solve the issue. They told me their internal team is working on it and wait for 24 hours. On 02.08.2022, I again called their executive and got the same reply that their team is working. On 05.08.2022, I again called their executive and he told me they can’t help me because I got late. Neither they will deliver the product nor they will refund the amount. I have been in contact with them since 26.07.2022 and after 11 days they are saying me I got late in contacting them. This is absolute harassment of innocent consumer.
