I had made an order OD225187483362734000
On 17th of may the order was attempted to be delivered. Since it is the office address, we had closed by the time delivery executive had arrived the office was closed. Hence I asked my friends to wait and collect. But the delivery executive never attended the call and the person waited till 7:50PM. But delivery executive failed to coordinate and marked the order as delivered and that is a fake update and none of the person from pur side collected the order.Flipkart does not know the anxiety of the customer. I did not get call back from any of your executives even after repeated complaints.I suggest changing your ecommerce name to fraudkart which suits you much better.
If not resolved, will see to it that I move legally and also to consumer forum.
