Text of Complaint by Yasmin Khan:

Hii Team,

I want to raise an issue , I am highly disappointed this time by your service I have booked a floor rug on 27th of Feb. And made the payment online for it on 28th of Feb . The expected delivery date was 6th of March then it turned to 8th I was still patient but after that no update I have been trying to connect to the team writing sms no resolution yet . Team calls me but no one has resolution .

I am done with it now never faced this issue with trusting brands this is the first time I am so very disappointed .I need the delivery by Monday latest and with a compensation as it has taken my lots of time and energy talking to your representative again and again explaining the issue , waiting for there resolution which never comes.

I DEMAND a COMPENSATION in any way with the delivery .This matter will be highly escalated if my issue is not resolved . Now this is the first and last email I am drafting to the concern team if I do not get proper response I will ensure that I file a complain in consumer forum as a fraud case against your Brand FLIPKART.
