With reference to the subject matter, I would like to draw your attention that I’ve ordered a product wildcraft sweatshirt order id:- OD223471411800630000 dated 25.11.2021.
Said product promised delivery date was 02.12.2021 and second one was 05.12.2021 but till date I’ve not received the product.
I’ve also contacted the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) their ticket no is 3144819.
further, I request you to kindly look into this matter and deliver my product as soon as possible, if the resolution is not provided to me within 10 working days I’m gonna file a case against you in the National Consumer Court.
