I have ordered a Jacob High Back Executive Chair in Black Colour by Furniturstation
Qty:1 ₹ 11,499 on September 25th of 2021 and after 2 weeks I received the product which was not shown in the picture. So I refused to accept the product and asked for refund. They said they can not refund it and the money will be in pepperfry wallet and i have to buy some other product. So have ordered another chair on 18th of October by paying additional money. And the product is yet to be deliverd. Despite asking many times, pepperfry says the problem will be solved in 48 hours. But it is almost 5 days now and the product has not been delivered as supposed to be delivered on 9th October. I kindly request you to help to solve the issue and for refund too. Thanking you.
