I have Ordered ( order no Order # 402-0896988-6537940) for V-Guard Victo Insta Lite 3-Litre Instant Water Geyser (Ivory) on 27 July and made payment via credit card and was supposed to deliver on 31st July. I was waiting at home for the product to get delivered till late night on 31st July but it did not get delivered and to my surprise got a message over EMail that is has been successfully delivered and the installation person will contact soon. Next day the Installation person contacted though the product was not delivered. on 1st August 2021 written a mail to customer service stating the situation. Got a replay from them the same day that the issue will be resolved by 3rd August either it will be delivered or amount will be refunded. i have waited for their response till 4th August and resent the mail. Again got the mail stating that investigation will be done. Sent mail again on 5th, 6th, 10th August and no response from any of the Amazon Team. I guess my complaint is lost in the ocean. AMAZON is expecting payments form the new customers and asking them to check their luck if the product gets delivered else just sit back and loose money.
Didn’t expect this sort of cheap tricks or services from AMAZON. i am really pissed off with their service. Trying to contact on their various nos but unable to connect anyone.
