I orderd my product 28/6/2019,but not received my product.I paid but not received.

It s worst online experience like this first time
i had booked bag through online and paid the amount of Rs.850/ but havent received any product ,just the amount got deducted..henceafter mails were getting bounced..why do they cheat people….after this iam scared to do online shopping specially online payment….its a hardearned money..
