I ordered a joggers pant order id is- 116041795371247976201 on 21 Dec 2020. Then received a message on 28Dec2020, that my project was delivered, however I never received that product. I called the customer care on the same day and gave a complaint for the same.
And on 04 Jan 2021, they closed the ticket saying that the product was delivered.
