I have ordered a product on 21st Oct 2020 and the promised deliver date is 31st Oct 2020 but I haven’t received yet. On this I have reached Amazon CS on 3rd Nov 2020 and they said that the product will deliver on 4th Nov 2020 but I didn’t receive. Today(6th Nov)they called back and saying that will refund my money as they failed to deliver the product but I didn’t agree for that as the product is needed for me and I waited from so long. Here my concern is not about the money how much I have spent, my concern is the time I have spent and the service from the Amazon India.
