I am Balaji from Chennai. I have ordered a pedestal fan on June 3rd, 2019 through debit card payment from Orient Electric e-commerce site. They promised that the delivery will be on June 13, 2019. But no shipment details were provided until June 13th. When I called them and asked about it, they said it will be delivered within 4 or 5 days. But so far, I haven’t received anything from them. They are not responding to my social mefia messages, emails and calls.
