I had order groceries from jioMart in 05/09/2020 order no 15992913799050828A and paid ₹799 online. On the 5th Sep Jio-mart app was showing incorrectly that the order was delivered on but to date, the order is not delivered at my place. Since 5/09/2020 I am sending mail and calling their consumer care on daily basis but no action is taken from their side. I only received assurance that your order will be delivered.
