My name is deepak. I made an online purchase. The delivery of the purchase was planned to deliver on 4th of October 2022 but not deliver till date 13.10.2022. on the day of 04.10.22 it was showing out for delivery but due to some reason it was not delivered and delivery was rescheduled on 06.10.2022. when I called many time customer care they always saying to wait for 24 to 48hours. I am very frustrated and feeling very tensed because my trip will going to ruined because of this delay delivery. One senior customer care person said to cancel the delivery and placed new one but i purchased on big billion day sell on good discount.
