I have placed an order of sweatshirt in myntra. The date for delivery is 29/06.myntra’s logistics partner E-kart’s delivery agent not contacted me. I haven’t receive the call even nor shared any OTP but it marked as product deliverd. I have raised several disputes at myntra and they have reivestigated for more than 2 times and have given the same statement that “Your product has been successfully delivered by our agent”. They don’t accept their mistake and not giving my refund. They are wasting my time and making me feel depressed and frustated. Please help me at the current scenario.
