Dear AjioTeam,
I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I have had with your company. I placed an order for a Camouflage Print Slim Fit Jogger Pants, size 32 (Brand size 32), on 23 March 2023 with order number FN2506308357. However, I have not received my product yet, even after waiting for 14 days. I have received a mail from your end stating that my order could not be delivered due to unforeseen logistical constraints and it is being returned to the warehouse.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the way your team has handled my order. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was not provided with a satisfactory response about the delivery status of my order. Moreover, I was promised that the product would be delivered soon, but I have received no update since then. I fail to understand how a product could get damaged while in transit, especially when it was already delayed by two weeks.
Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that the price of the product has increased from Rs 885 to Rs 1025. As a customer, I am entitled to receive the product at the price I ordered it for. I demand that you fulfill my order and deliver the product at the same price at which I had placed the order.
I urge you to take immediate action and resolve this matter at the earliest. Please provide me with a prompt response to this email with the status of my order and the expected delivery date.
