Text of Complaint by Komal kumari:

I have order a shoe on 2nd nov but product not delivered to me till date i have raised complaint against it because my status in app shows delivered on 8th nov and also i received a message “Hey Komal! It’s time to celebrate. Your AJIO order FL0323779411 has been successfully delivered.” On my registered message then i lodge complaint regarding this via complain no com00027311998 which assures me complaint will be resoved till 16 nov 2021. But on 16 nov again i received a message my complaint resolved then i file complaint on 16 they told me your complaint will be resolve on 25 nov but same thing happen again compliant status changed and shows resolved then i again lodge a compliant and they told me on 29 your refund will be initiated but till date i haven’t received any refund then i again call on 3 rd dec they told me your complaints is register and tomorrow your refund will be initiated but when i call on 4th dec they told me yesterday no complaints is registered and again they lodge complaint and and told me to wait till 10 dec.

This is the situation where they are handling a complaint and every time they make excuses and apologies

I only want my refund and compensation for mental harassment which happen because of ajio
