Despite multiple complaints the product has not been shipped from Flipkart, I ordered the product on 27th Oct and the delievery was scheduled for 3rd of Oct. but, till 5th Oct the product was not even shipped, despite numerous complaints to Flipkart, and now from 3-4 days the product is in Shipped status and not moving anywhere. I contacted their support staff and each time they defer the resolution to next date, they did this to me for 5 times moving resolution date from 5th oct to 6th-7th-8th-9th-10th and now 11th of Oct.

I am situated in the same city from where the seller is located but despite that there is a delay in the delievery, making it seem like a fraud. Initially I got the message from flipkart that the product was cancelled from shipper and then if I reorder the product they offered 150 rs coupon which is a shame as the product has not been cancelled from my side in app and it is still showing delievery schedule dates, and when I try to cancel the delievery they are charging the cancellation fees, which is a nightmare to me.

I ordered the product at rs. 4901 and the same product is available on Flipkart at rs 9500 now, which makes me wonder if they are deliberately delaying this, it has already caused me enough mental torture as if they would have cancelled the order at very start it would not have been such an issue but they did not cancel neither let me cancel the order.

Basically flipkart is neither delivering the product for which I already paid for (Rs- 4901) and neither are they letting me cancel it and keeping my money in their account. It is like they have stolen the money from me. Hoping to see a strict action against this kind of services and fradulent ways of doing business.
