We requested the product to be delivered to an alternate address located in a green zone; which was declined as it was against the company’s policy which we graciously accepted.
We contacted Amazon customer care after the mentioned address turned to the green zone on 24th May but received the same monotonous answer.
I would hereby bring to your notice that Amazon was accepting new orders for NON-essential items and was readily delivering them to the very same address on the same day; so not delivering a previously ordered non-essential product is preposterous.
On contacting the customer, presenting the following points we were promised that the issue will be solved in the next 24 hrs, which unfortunately hasn’t been the case.
Customer care was incessantly MANIPULATING us to cancel our order, which we declined as the same product which we purchased at Rs.15,999 is now available at Rs.16,999.
We are not a bunch of imbeciles who will pay Rs.1000 extra and fall victims of filthy marketing tactics. We are extremely disappointed with this UNSCRUPULOUS act and Abysmal service by Amazon.
