I have ordered a product from 70s kitchen on December 12th worth ₹1614. I was receiving emails on the shipment and they were using Amazon shipping services as thier delivery medium. Amazon sent me an intimation that my product will be delivered today and within few minutes i received the OTP and in another few minutes I received a message stating it was delivered. But my delivery partner didn’t contacted me for OTP . And it wasn’t delivered for me too. Then to whom did they deliver?. How can they deliver without getting OTP from me.
Note: 70s kitchen cleverly didn’t share my delivery partner details so customers can’t contact thier delivery person for delivery details.
I reached out to Amazon shipping services 3 times with the shipping id And they told it’s not thier part and 70s kitchen should be conveying the partner details. Post which 70s kitchen is not answering my calls,thier website is not working,and not responding to messages. So it is a complete fraud action.
Please consider this complaint on high priority and take necessary action against this culprit. I was totally disappointed because I wanted to purchase this for my new house for house warming.
