An order was placed at Flipkart Shopping on 22 Sept 2022 for Rs. 54019 which was promised to be delivered next day on 23 Sept 2022 by Flipkart. The product is covered under Flipkart Assured program wherein high end support is provided to customers. However, much to dismay, the product has not been delivered till date & there is no concise response being
provided by Flipkart. It seems that product is being intentionally held up inspite of receiving full payment upfront. This irresponsible action on part of Flipkart is worrisome and akin to cheating and dishonesty. It is requested that fitting action may be taken against Flipkart for this apparent fraud and my product may please be delivered on immediate basis please.
