I placed an order on flipkart for a WAKEUP INDIA ORTHO MEMORY MATRESS on the 9th of April 2023 for an amount of Rs. 8342. Initially it was showing the delivery date to be on the 23rd of April. On the 23rd of April I get a notification on the flipkart app that the product delivery has been delayed to the 29th of April,, so I called up the customer support and asked them to cancel the order as I was not able to cancel the order on the application. The behavior of the executive was very poor and they said that the product is out for delivery and it cannot be canceled, so unwillingly I had to wait. Now on the 29th of April again I received a notification on the flipkart app that the order will be delivered on the 6th of may.. frustrated with the service I called up the customer support again,, and again they behaved very rudely and without providing any resolution or refund, completed the call.. I wish to cancel the order and I want my money back.
