I ordered a Trolley and it was marked delivered on 23rd of Dec , 2022.
I raised a complaint with customer care on 24th morning that the product was not delivered. They asked me to wait till 27th and contact them on 28th if not received.
I contacted them on 28th, they said contact us back on 2nd of Jan 2023.
I contacted them on 2nd, they said contact us back on 3rd of Jan 2023.
I contacted them on 3rd, they said contact us back on 9th of Jan 2023.
I contacted them on 9th, they said contact us back after 5 days.
It’s clear pattern that they are just trying to frustrate me and avoid the issue.
I contacted the Social media team on 3rd and they said it’s the highest point of escalation and problem will be resolved by 9th.
Now on 9th even the social media team asking me to wait and not replying to any questions regarding the details.
