i ordered a Bluetooth headset through Flipkart on 6 July that is delivered me to 9 July. product is missing in box and box is empty and fulled with papers.i contact many times to company to return my product or refund me.they accept my request and regect it at the end of 72hours . this is done 3times with me after that I mail many times to higher authority to contact me but it is more than 5days no reply or call from his side.i am totally depressed.i am poor family student and can not afford such large money.please help ????.
