I ordered two, the 1st order was a Philips mixer grinder and 2nd order was two fire-bolt smart watches. There were two transactions from my account for payment. All three products are in one parcel and delivered through a single OTP. There was no earlier message from Amazon that three products are in single packet, so I was waiting to receive smart watches, but through tracing I oberverd that watches are delivered, just after 24 hrs I opened the pack and found that one smart watch cost Rs:2500 is missing and found that the packet is too weak and when I hold it found that the lower part of the packet looked open through which a small packet can be dropped as the mixer weight is too heavy as compared to the smart watch. More over, Since 8 days I am connecting the customer care but the executives are miss behaving and forcing me that I have received product and also disconnecting the call.
I want a simple clarification, If there is two transactions from my bank accounts, that means two orders have been placed. Without informing me they packed all there and single OTP where I should receive two OTP, so that I could be able to check the items at the time of delivery. 2nd How amzon has packed 100 Gm product (without extra packing) with 5KG product.
