Text of Complaint by Abhishek Sharma:

I have ordered 4 products on 8th Aug’22 and 2 of them (1-Crucial BX500 SSD, 1-Woodland Shoe) were suppose to be delivered in one box however when i received the product, it was only woodland shoe box and there was no SSD inside the shoe box. And also Woodland shoe box contain 1 invoice which shows SSD and shoe are in it.

I have raised this concern with Amazon and they investigated it and said that as shoe box seal was not broken so we can’t refund the amount or provide the SSD.

In summary, Amazon was trying to club the 2 products in one packaging however missed to add that but invoicing was done accordingly. And now I request amazon to deliver the SSD or refund the amount.
