I ordered a Powerbank of Redmi from Amazon.I received the order on 7th of November but when I opened the box it was empty from inside and there was pieces of paper and some other waste things.Firstly I received that on 7th of November but in application it’s updated on 10th of November.I made a complaint on its official call number,they said wait 5 days our backend team looks fow what happened.after 5 day I contacted them then they said we have delivered your product to you securely and they disconnected my call.I tried saveral time but they cut my call rudely.Please help me.
