Order id – OD427700395516756100 Sir , I had ordered a philips trimmer from flipkart and it was delivered 4 days ago , but when i opened it the product is missing from the inner brand box ,only user manual was there in the box , it was duly packed when i received the shipment from courier .
Then I raised a complaint for missing product through customer care ,after some time they blocked my account by making an excuse of multiple returns but I had placed only one return for this missing product. After that I mailed flipkart and called customer care again and again but no help provided by them till now
Plz help me sir to get my refund
