I have received the product packaging while playing badminton below my house. Delivery person came along with the package whild there is raining. I asked him to open the package but rain is there and product was electrical so he refuses. Also there was a tape along the package that seems tampered so i asked hime again regarding the same, then he says for proper acquisition of QR code the tape protect it from fading away. As i taken the parcel after doing payment and gone to my house. When i open the packaging yit was tempered from one side below the transparent tape. So i take Video of it to ensure any fraud. After that i realised i have been scammed.
After realising i immediately call the customer care regarding the same but after 10 days they are saying product was there in package.
