I am ordering the titan watch on Amezon …when I am open the box the item is not available in the box .then I am taking the photos and upload the Amezon customer support site.and I call the customer care he is asking the 5 days of investigation time .after the 5 days I call to the customer support simply he is saying our side the item delivered saying like that olny … I am asking the support team who is the responsible for missing item ..he’s not giving any answer to dat question …
