On 7th June 2023 I had ordered 100% Tropicana mixed fruit juice 1 L and 1 kg Mosambi from Zepto.
The delivery person from Zepto told me that they don’t have 100% Tropicana and the order was replaced with some other 1L tetra pack.
When I insisted that please get me what I have ordered , the delivery person contacted the store and then asked me to cancel the full order.
This order was as on back of a medical emergency and I did not expected Zepto store and delivery to be so rude with costumers when the mistake was from their side.
Govt officials need to audit/ examine the process Zepto and other online retail outlets follow while delivering the wrong product and managing customer experience.
