I Bought The Fire Boltt Mercury In 08/11/2021 (Order ID: OD223319946539656000) In Start The Watch Going Good But After Sometimes Around 4 Months To 4.5 Months My Watch Is Suddenly Issuing On/Off Problem And That Date Around 31/03/2022 to Till Date I Just Replace My Watch Continuedly Because Every Time They Send Faulty Product To Me.
My Last Pickup 30/05/2022 And They Dont Replace My Watch Not Knowing And Closed My Ticket no- 149818 But I Dont Received My Product From Till Date.
Every Time I Says If They Dont Have Replacement Just Refund My Money But They Dont Do That.
My Watch Cost Is 2500/- But Thet Dont Refund The Amount. I Just Continuedly Losing My Money , Warrenty, And The Product How We Are Trusted This Type Of Company.
