Hi,
This is with respect to pickup rejected without coming to doorstep.I called many times and wrote e-mails to raise and approve return request.
After raising this concern to social media, escalation team raised return request on 01st May. Then on 04th May they approved request and arrange pickup. Today 05th May, in morning I got message from e-kart that product pickup will be done today and in evening at 9:30 I got message that product pickup rejected as product is mis-matched. I want to highlight here that no-one called me up and no-one called at my doorstep then how logistic team mention that product mismatched.
This is totally a fraud case and I want someone take action on my behalf. How it is possible to cancel the request without reaching to customer within 1 day?

I went though lots of pain to raise previous return request and lots of pain to approve it. And now if someone rejecting the return request without coming to doorstep/calling then I need to take legal action.

I am going though mentally disturbas rupeess-10799 got stuck and if anything happens to me then flipkart would be responsible for same. I want to highlight this thing legally here. As a customer more than 50 images i shared and wrote to every time i.e. “[email protected]”, “[email protected]”.
Last time a spent lots of time to raise and approve return request and this time I don’t want same amount of time further spend. I want to return the product and want my amount refunded asap. PFA files which clearly says product is eligible if customer don’t like the product and eKart team sms message.
