iCarry has taken an order and assigned to XpressBees for delivery. Item has been picked up and the status only shows as In Transit. The delivery is 12KMs apart. Both iCarry and Xpressbees are not responding to queries. Customer is still waiting for the delivery. There is no escalation matrix published and no on is answering the calls. There seems to be absolutely no accountability. The item has been taken but not delivering. This is FRAUD
