I have placed order id : 131939482 in tata cliq on 20 th may 2024 then 23 may 2024 i have recived below message:
Delivery failed for Red Tape Men’s White Casual Sn from TATAUNISTORE (AWB 11259138006594). Call delivery agent @ appdelhivery.page.link/fdl -Delhivery
I thought delivery was failed and they will re-try for delivery but in the TATA cliq application it’s marked as delivered to me that I was noticed on 27 th may 2024 . Then immediately I have raised complaint to tata cliq customer care but they are declining my complaint by saying I have to reach them with in 3 days delivery.
I have questions regarding the same :
On which bases they have marked as delivered .
I didn’t got any call from logistics partner or i didn’t recived any notification or mail from tata cliq. How do you know that delivery is done or not ?
No they are asking it’s not possible to check with logistics partner or backend tema for details and even not providing product and not refunding money
