I have bought a product from Meesho App. The order id is SF301543164443FPL. The order section showing product is delivered but didn’t receive it. I registered the complaint after seeing the updates on Meesho App. I didn’t get any call, OTP, and email for receiving the product. Now, They told me you are not eligible for registering the complaint…
Now, what should I do ???
This complaint is not about money it is about responsibility.
They are not providing the proper delivery process, Like used by Flipkart or Amazon.
