I ordered 2 products from MeRaYo eGrab on Amazon. One product was delivered but they forgot to provide another which was SoloTravel Solid 13 Cms Cosmetic Pouch. My account showed the product was delivered but it was utterly false. I told them on the very first day of delivery that the product box was torn up and I didn’t receive the product.
First, they said me to call after 4 days and then, told me that the refund has been issued and when I didn’t receive the refund amount after waiting a week I called again. Now they said the internal team report said the product had been delivered. I asked them to share the report so that I can understand their biased nature toward customers but as usual, it is all “Internal eyes only”. I understand that Rs. 559 price is not a big amount, but this still amounts to cheating. I went to the Seller’s page on Amazon and they have received similar complaints from customers which Amazon is redacting.
