Text of Complaint by Karthik Baskaran:

Dear Team,

22Mar2023 I have raised an AC service request and against that request a respective engineer from VOLTAS came and examined the AC on 26Mar2023 and stated that there is internal leakage in the AC , so cooling coil needs to be replaced.

He said that he will file the complaint and raise a request for a new component.

But till now I didn’t get proper response from the VOLTAS engineer or from the VOLTAS team.

I have followed many times with engineers as well as with customer care executives and everytime am getting the same response from your end stating product yet to arrive.

I have waited almost two month and I don’t know how long these guys are going to take this request.
