I have ordered 2 nos of pepe jeans of size 6 years on myntra. I have also paid Rs.788 rupees each and a total of Rs.1576. As per Myntra, the product was delivered on 28 October 2023. However, the product is yet to receive. I have checked with the security guard and other fellows in the society it was confirmed that none of them received the product. I have also checked with the delivery agent, as per him it was wrongly delivered to some other flat and he wants me to reverse my complaint. I have tried almost five times via various complaint mechanisms to contact myntra to register my complaint. Each time they deny and unilaterlay closes my complaints without providing proper resolution to mem or without any proper evidences. Myntra denied my consumer rights in the first place. I had spent money before the product reached to me. Now, I am in a situation that neither my money nor the product received to me. I hereby request you to ensure my consumer rights are protected by issuing compensation of the undelivered product, denial of services and associated losses incurred by me.
