Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an online boutique named D Couple Online Couture for fraudulent and unethical business practices.

I placed an order for two dresses worth ₹1500 on 27 th May 2025 through their online page called d couple online couture considering my urgent need.However, as of today, 20 th august 2025, I have not received any of the products. Moreover, despite repeated follow-ups through Instagram, I have not been given any appropriate response. The representative handling their Instagram page has been rude and disrespectful, and now they have completely stopped responding to my messages and calls.
After further investigation, I have come across several similar complaints from other customers who have experienced the same kind of negligence and deceitful behavior. This clearly indicates a pattern of deliberate cheating and consumer exploitation.

It is extremely disheartening and disappointing that such businesses continue to function without accountability, preying on innocent buyers and misusing their trust. The seller’s continued operation despite numerous complaints shows a blatant disregard for legal consequences and consumer rights.

I hereby request you to:

Take immediate action against D Couple Online Couture for non-delivery of prepaid goods.

Investigate their business operations and online transactions to uncover further malpractice.

Ensure a full refund of my ₹1500 and any compensation deemed appropriate for the harassment and emotional distress caused.

Prevent them from continuing such fraudulent practices against other innocent consumers.
