I, the undersigned, am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order placed with your company, Silver Clout, under Order No. 11320284, dated 15/03/2025. The item ordered was a Designer Saree with Blouse, which was delivered to me on 18/03/2025.
Upon opening the parcel, I was extremely disappointed to discover that an old saree was sent instead of the designer item I had ordered. Furthermore, while your platform had initially displayed that the product was eligible for return, the return option was no longer available upon delivery. This constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and breach of trust.
Given the above, I hereby request you to take immediate corrective action and initiate a return or replacement process. Failing which, I will be compelled to pursue legal action to address this matter.
Please treat this issue with urgency and acknowledge receipt of this complaint at the earliest.
