I purchased an item on flipkart Jan 19, 2023. The item is delivered on 22 Jan but the product is defective and have placed a return request and got an msg that return will be done by 25 Jan.
On 27 Jan i got a call from execute and explain the issue, they told they will reach back to me after some time. From that day 25 Jan i didnt receive any call from them. I keep on trying to talk to customer care, and they are saying request is under process wait for 2 days. Its been 20 days now and even there is no response from them
