I Ordered a shoes from club factory Order no. is SO127046314 on 14 August 2019. On 30 August 2019 they send a message that product is delivered but I have not received any thing. Today is 8 September 2019, I contacted costumer care service and also live chat but they are nothing doing any thing about this
