on 7th January 2023 I placed a few orders from Amazon. On 8th January I got a message that 2 of my orders are going to be delivered. Attached herewith Invoice copy for reference.
Out of two orders I only received one order from the delivery person at my doorstep and I acknowledge the delivery of a product that is TrustBasket Enriched Premium Organic Earth MagicPotting Soil Mix with Required Fertilizers for Plants – 10 and I asked the delivery person what about the 2nd order (TrustBasket UV Treated Rectangular Plastic Planter (14
inches) – Terracotta Color – Set of 3) he confirmed that has not received the order notification to deliver. Hence after a few minutes, I got a notification that both products have been delivered to me, which is wrong. I immediately raised a complaint against the same, but no response from the amazon team and on top it the team was behaving rudely with me.
The next day after raising a compliant the delivery person contacted me to say that he had not received the order from the partner and he wrongly updated the details in the application that the order has been delivered.
Hence, why should customers face the loss for this? Immediate action to be taken.
I want there should be strict action against this and for amazon to refund my money back.
Amazon Team has done fraud with me.
