I had order sparx men shoes 8 uk size on 12th feb and due to size issues i had asked to return the same along with other product which was also mens sneakers. The delivery partner has come and picked up the packet in which both the shoes were already there. After some time another delivery partner had come to pick up sparx mens shoes to which i have already mentioned that the same has been returned to one agent. And i have received the return update and refund for symbol shoes but there was no update for sparx shoes and the update on the account was showing that return was cancelled however i have already returned the same but there was no correspondence or no proof of the same. Now since last one month amazon is promising to check the details but there is no update nor any refund of the product which was amounted to rs 674.i have already spoken to their executive and also chatted with them many times but no response.
