sir I have ordered product of rs. 48019 on dated 22 sept 2022 and delivery date was 26 sept after delivery date company extended delivery date to 30th sept. from the 26th sept i am continuously connecting to customer support of flipkart . they assured me to provide my product before the date they have given. after 30th sept they were unable to deliver my product and i raised my issue with flipkart and they given date for 5th oct to resolve my query and said to wait for the date. after completing duration they extend dated for more than 3 time eg. 8th oct, 9th oct, 13th oct, and now 15th oct but they are not providing any other information about my product. till date they are only giving an assurance to provide product but not doing anything. from the very first day of delivery date regularly i am connecting with consumer support team of flipkart but not getting any satisfactory answer. neither they give date to provide product nor provide any other details. only making issue more complicated. kindly take an action against company or order them to solve my issue.
